Since becoming a proud resident of Hertfordshire, it's been a pleasure to occasionally surface on my brilliant local BBC station, Three Counties Radio.
In 2013 I spent a week covering the award-winning phone-in programme The JVS Show, and a great day depping for Nick Coffer on the afternoon shift - my first ever music programme.
In 2016 (after three years at LBC) I spent a glorious Summer sitting in for Roberto Perrone at Drive - my first experience of hosting a drive-time show. It lead to a further month-long stint in 2017, as well as cover-shifts on Breakfast and mid-mornings - not to mention regular gigs sitting in for local legend Bernie Keith on 3CR's sister station, BBC Northampton, and a couple of nights helming Mark Forrest’s national evening show across the BBC local radio network.
